When you receive distance healing from Frans he asks that you put aside a minimum of half an hour to sit quietly and be open to the healing experience.

Yesterday's treatment was exactly what I needed. As I was preparing and (not looking at the clock)- I felt strong energy appear around my head as if a ball or cloud of energy was descending over me, similar to how I have felt in attunements, my entire head was tingling, this sensation expanded to the tips of my middle fingers, I was overwhelmed with a sense of gratitude for Reiki, for having been guided to recieve a distance healing and for that moment.
